The SkyTeam Lounge London Heathrow is an excellent Priority Pass Lounge in LHR’s Terminal 4.
After passing through the security checkpoint, the lounge isn’t far. Look up for the Etihad/SkyTeam sign and you’ll see a long corridor leading down to the lounge from nestled to the left of a duty free shop.
Access is available to SkyTeam Elite Plus members traveling in any class of service, SkyTeam business or first class passengers, and Priority Pass members. The lounge is open daily from 5:00a.m. to 10:00p.m.
While the lounge does get crowded, especially in the mid-morning, it is a large enough lounge to sustain the high volumes. I love the live plants growing on the walls.
Work stations including a pair of desktop computers are available:
Quiet rooms are also available:
A buffet offers hot and cold dishes throughout the door. Look for a full English and Continental Breakfast in the morning and tastes from around the world during the lunch and dinner hours.
An attractive wine bar offers self-service:
Hard liquor, coffee, and soft drinks are also self-service:
I felt like such a fool when a lady wearing a Clarins uniform came up to me after I had been sitting in the lounge for an hour and was about to leave.
“Sir, would you like a complimentary 20 minute massage?”
It was either that or miss boarding on time for my Air Serbia flight. Sadly, I had to decline. When you enter the lounge, ask about a complimentary spa treatment right away. Turns out the spa was practically empty around midday when I was there.
Restrooms and showers are also available.
I like this lounge a lot mostly because I love the live plants growing on the walls, but it’s an excellent SkyTeam lounge with plenty of room and a spa offering complimentary treatments. I’m coming here first next time I fly out of Terminal 4 at LHR.
