While Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) actually has nine Miracle Lounges throughout its terminals, this review will give you a good sense of what to expect at any of them.
These are all Priority Pass lounges and also contract with many airlines for premium class passengers. I visited the Miracle Business Class Lounge near gate D5 on level 3 of international departures.
In theory, the lounge has everything necessary for a comfortable stay. There is plenty of seating, restrooms, and showers. There’s a selection of food and drink, including a salad bar, made-to-order Thai dishes, and self-serve alcohol. Wi-Fi works and a large outdoor smoking patio is available.
In that sense, the lounge has all its bases covered. Yet the lounge feels like a hospital waiting room and the chairs are not all that comfortable. We arrived the airport at 2:00AM for a 5:00AM flight and could not wait to leave the lounge. I tired to lean back and rest in the most comfortable-looking chair in the lounge, but could not. The fruit was not sweet and coffee terrible. The bathrooms smelled like a sewer. While that is certainly nitpicking, my only point is that I would never arrive early for this lounge.
This is a 24/7 lounge and there if you need it. But if you have a Priority Pass card, head straight for the Oman Air lounge, which offers a far better experience.
